I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson for two nights. The outdoor pool provided great fun for the kids, and it was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. The breakfast had a solid spread with plenty of options. We loved the central location near SM North and found so many restaurants within walking distance, making meals easy and enjoyable. However, the air conditioning unit in our room was noisy and distracting at night, which interrupted our sleep. Also, there was confusion regarding breakfast access for our two rooms, leaving us surprised that not everyone could eat together. It felt inconsiderate after expecting a more seamless experience. Despite these issues, the decor was modern and inviting. Overall, I appreciate our stay but hope for improvements in communication and comfort.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the pool, my kid had it all to herself! The location is super convenient for mall trips, which is a big win. But, they seriously need to fix the restroom cleanliness. it was kinda yucky. Also, they didn't have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign for us, which was annoying.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the city. Super convenient being right next to the mall with tons of restaurant options. Loved the fitness centre and the outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind. Breakfast had a huge variety and the staff were super courteous.

The Deluxe Room was impressively spacious with ample room for an extra bed. The comfortable lounge chair and large desk made it perfect for relaxing or working. The shower was fantastic, with great pressure that helped relieve sore muscles after a long day.
